About the Position:
As a Maintenance Parts Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance department by managing the inventory of parts and supplies. You will work closely with our maintenance team to ensure that all necessary parts are available when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for safety and a strong attention to detail.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm

Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory of parts and supplies for the maintenance department
- Receive, inspect, and store parts and supplies
- Coordinate with vendors to order parts as needed
- Ensure timely delivery of parts to the maintenance team
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels
- Perform regular inventory audits
- Assist in developing and implementing inventory control procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in inventory management or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Practiced documentation skills.
- Communicate effectively in a variety of settings.
- Pays attention to detail.
- Approaches work in a meticulous and thorough manner.
- Has excellent attendance and completes quality work on time.
- Conscientiously and methodically approaches work.
Position Requirements:
- Satisfactory Pre-employment drug screening and DOT physical required.
- Possesses a valid Colorado State Driver’s license, preferably with a Class A or B CDL or be able to obtain a CDL within 90 days
Physical Demands/ Work Environment:
The individual will perform physically demanding work during his or her shift. The individual may stand over eight hours per day, lift parts weighing up to 50 pounds, and potentially be exposed to dust, hazardous materials, non-hazardous materials, paint and exhaust fumes. Utilization of protective equipment is mandatory. Must be dependable, self-motivated, able to work independently and as a team member.
